Report a Fire Safety Concern

Cumbria fire and Rescue is the local authority that enforces the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 for all premises that fall within the legislation in Cumbria. However single private dwellings do not apply to this order.

If you have a fire safety complaint, please provide us with the following information,

Name and address of the premises you have a complaint about and a short narrative around the nature of the complaint.

Once you have sent an email one of the Fire protection team will pick it up and triage it based on the level of risk the complaint poses to the members of the public.
