On-Call Supervisory Manager Promotion Board 2024

Reference: CFRSPB002

We are pleased to share that we are holding an internal On-Call only Supervisory Manager Promotion Board for 2024.

At a time of ongoing reform of public services, it has never been more important to ensure we have the right people in the right roles, and key to this is supporting our internal talent to progress in both temporary and substantive positions. We are looking for staff who embody our code of ethics, who are passionate about truly making a difference in Cumbria, and who are focussed on demonstrating outstanding leadership.

We are recruiting motivated, professional, and compassionate people to the roles of Crew Manager and Watch Manager. This opportunity is open for candidates that are competent On-Call Firefighters.
